Any idea what the above is?

I’ll tell you this, sometimes rather than wanting to travel to the very far, I’d like to explore the very small. “Honey, I shrink myself!”

Any idea what the above micro-pic is from?

Hints: x60 magnification; those bright points are not generated light, but reflected light; many people have more than one of these — the primary for everyday use, the others as backups or outdated items too good for the trash; backside view.
