A few days ago I transplanted a small cypress tree. “Bald” variety. I don’t know if it’s going to take. The roots sustained much damage. Without roots to begin the transport of nutrients upward, how are branches to construct new leaves?
I’ve got my fingers crossed. I’d like to do more, but I’m not about to say a prayer or make a chant. It’s out of my hands now.
